H2CAP Plus

Do

  • Use cold or room-temperature still water for best output
  • Drink immediately — H₂ is a gas and escapes over time
  • Keep a few drops of water inside and the cap closed when idle (hydrophilic PEM)
  • Use filtered/purified water for the cleanest taste

Don't

  • No hot water (above ~40 °C) — it degrades the PEM membrane
  • No carbonated water — CO₂ disrupts electrolysis & builds pressure
  • Don't let the unit dry out for long periods
  • Avoid impact or dropping — protect the electrode assembly
The concentration question: most positive research outcomes involve hydrogen water at 1,000–1,600 ppb. Devices producing less than 500 ppb may not deliver research-consistent concentrations. H2CAP Plus consistently produces 1,200–1,500 ppb — so timing and freshness are the only variables you control.
