H2CAP PLUS is built by BioNatural Co., Ltd. (Ionfarms), a Korean hydrogen water bottle manufacturer that has developed water technology since 2001. We design the electrode, run the electrolysis, and test the output ourselves — then let an independent laboratory check our numbers. Based in Incheon, Korea, we sell wholesale to distributors and support them with the published research behind the category. Two Decades Behind the H2CAP PLUS
BioNatural began with alkaline water ionizers and spent two decades refining electrolysis — the same core technology that later made a credible portable hydrogen bottle possible. The H2CAP PLUS is the result: a 53 g, battery-free cap that produces 1,000–1,500 ppb dissolved hydrogen from a nine-layer platinum-coated titanium electrode. It exists because most portable units on the market were either heavy, unverified, or both. Our brief was simple — make it light, make it honest, and make the output something a distributor can stand behind.
That engineering discipline is inseparable from how we sell. As a wholesale hydrogen water bottle manufacturer, our customers are distributors, not shoppers — and distributors are held to account by their own markets and regulators. If a claim cannot survive a lab check or a customs question, it does not belong on the box. That is why we measure, publish, and stay inside what the evidence actually supports, rather than chasing the inflated concentration figures that circulate in this category.
Research, testing & compliance
Development happens in our recognized in-house corporate research institute, where dissolved hydrogen is measured on a hydrogen-reduction meter. For independent verification, the H2CAP PLUS was tested by a third-party body in Japan (JHPA, Report No. 218H-221), which recorded 1,036 ppb. The product carries CE, RoHS, and KC compliance marks, and our portable hydrogen technology is patent-protected in Korea.
We serve distributors across the United States, the EU, Japan, Germany, Russia, and Central Asia through a wholesale, business-to-business model — we do not sell to end consumers directly.
Beyond the third-party report, partners receive the full data package: dissolved-hydrogen and ORP readings with the instruments used, hydrogen-retention curves across different water types, the specification sheet, and compliance documentation on request. We would rather a distributor walk into a market with verifiable numbers than a memorable slogan — because in the United States and the EU, it is the verifiable numbers that survive scrutiny from buyers, customs, and competitors alike. This is the standard we hold ourselves to as a hydrogen water bottle manufacturer, not a brand that simply puts its name on someone else's electrode.
