This is the limited warranty for the H2CAP PLUS by Ionfarms (BioNatural). The warranty period is measured from the date the product is shipped from Korea. Warranty service for distributors and their customers is arranged through the authorized distributor.

Warranty terms

Free warranty service is provided for one year after the product is shipped.
For a unit that was shipped from Korea more than one year ago, warranty service is provided on a paid basis.
For orders exceeding 100 units per case, Ionfarms supplies 3 extra units free of charge. These extra units are for free-exchange (replacement) purposes only.
If a unit is replaced within the warranty period, the warranty on the replaced unit is limited to six months.
This warranty does not apply to any non-Ionfarms (BioNatural) branded hardware or software, even if packaged or sold together with Ionfarms hardware. Manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers other than Ionfarms (BioNatural) may provide their own warranties to you.

What the Hydrogen Water Bottle Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not apply in the following cases:

To protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless the failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
To cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic on ports, unless the failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
To damage caused by use with a third-party component or product that does not meet the H2CAP specifications.
To damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact, earthquake, or other external cause.
To damage caused by operating the H2CAP outside the published guidelines.
To damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Ionfarms or an Ionfarms Authorized Service Provider.
To an H2CAP that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of Ionfarms (BioNatural).
To defects caused by normal wear and tear, or otherwise due to the normal aging of the H2CAP.
If any serial number has been removed or defaced from the H2CAP.

How to make a warranty claim

The H2CAP PLUS is sold wholesale, so warranty claims are handled through your authorized distributor. Distributors coordinate claims directly with Ionfarms and should have the unit's serial number and proof of shipment date available. For distributor-level questions, please contact us.
